Included are photos of the former top secret GOVERNMENT RELOCATION FACILITY. It was built beneath The Greenbrier Hotel between 1958 and 1961 and was to accomodate both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives in the event of nuclear war. It was maintained for more than 30 years and the phase out period was finalized in 1995.
